You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:
- 6PB+ Ceph storage
- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems
- 300k+ service requests/sec processed
- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed

• Own the squad’s roadmap and align delivery with Product priorities. • Lead and grow your direct reports through clear goals, constant feedback and mentoring. • Balance features, experiments, technical debt and bug fixes. • Ensure team’s good health and high motivation. • Remove and stay on top of any delivery related roadblocks. • Manage delivery expectations through clear communication to stakeholders.
• Experience in IT development work environment (as an engineer, product owner, team lead, QA or similar). • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Good communication, time management, and organizational skills. • Accountability for owns’ and their direct reports’ work. • Fluent in English.
• Degree in IT, engineering, or similar. • Knowledge of Proxying/VPNs. • Experience in people management.
• Gross salary: 4500 EUR/month - 6000 EUR/gross.
