Strength in Trust

OneTrust’s mission is to enable innovation through the responsible use of data and AI. We believe that ensuring data is trusted shouldn’t slow teams down—it should accelerate what’s possible. This led us to develop the first technology platform for responsible data use in 2016. Today, with AI representing the latest and most impactful expansion of data yet, OneTrust is once again redefining what responsible innovation looks like. OneTrust, the AI‑Ready Governance Platform™, unifies regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows so businesses can continue to move at the speed of AI while ensuring good governance to prevent data misuse at scale. Trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, OneTrust is shaping the future where trusted data becomes a transformative force for business and society.

The Challenge

We are looking for a Manager, Paid Search to join the OneTrust Digital Marketing team.

This role will be responsible for leading and scaling our global paid search program, driving strategy, execution, optimization, and performance reporting across regions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in search engine marketing, strong analytical rigor, and a proven ability to turn campaign insights into business impact. This person will play a critical role in shaping how OneTrust reaches priority audiences through paid search and LLMs, partnering across teams to align media strategy with business goals, campaign priorities, and regional needs.

Your Mission

  • Develop and execute OneTrust’s global SEM strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, ChatGPT Ads, and other relevant emerging search and LLM ad planforms, aligning investment to pipeline, demand generation, and regional growth priorities.
  • Own budget allocation, pacing, forecasting, and in-market optimization to maximize efficiency, business impact, and scalable growth across regions.
  • Lead end-to-end paid search operations, including campaign architecture, keyword strategy, bidding approaches, audience targeting, ad copy direction, landing page alignment, launch execution, and ongoing performance management.
  • Drive performance improvements across bids, keywords, creatives, campaign structure, and conversion paths using a rigorous, data-driven optimization approach.
  • Build reporting frameworks and performance dashboards that translate campaign data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead testing and adoption of new search features, automation capabilities, and growth opportunities, including opportunities to improve performance through AI-enabled workflows and optimization techniques.
  • Partner closely with Global Campaigns, Brand, Field Marketing, Content Marketing, Web, Operations, Analytics, and external partners to ensure data integrity, measurement accuracy, and strong program execution.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing search messaging and conversion-oriented experiences tailored to audience intent and business objectives.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, platform changes, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and share insights that strengthen campaign strategy and overall go-to-market performance.
  • Help define and improve tracking standards, attribution visibility, and operational processes that support better decision-making and long-term program scalability.

You Are

  • Passionate about digital marketing and have a deep understanding of paid search platforms, campaign mechanics, and performance storytelling.
  • You are both strategic and hands-on, able to develop the vision for a global program while also managing the execution details that drive results.
  • You are highly analytical and comfortable using data to make decisions, prioritize investments, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while operating within clear processes.
  • You are a collaborative partner who works effectively across functions, regions, and levels of the organization.
