What You’ll Be Doing


Oversee the day-to-day finance operations and end-to-end accounting for assigned entities, covering transaction booking, payment and expense review, and cash monitoring.


Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close, ensuring journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and reporting schedules are completed accurately and on time.


Prepare and review management accounts, statutory financial statements, Group reporting packages and variance analyses in accordance with IFRS/HKFRS and Group policies.

  • Reconcile bank, exchange, wallet, digital asset, trading and intercompany balances, and coordinate with relevant teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties on accounting and reporting matters.
  • Handle statutory audits and tax reporting for assigned entities, including the preparation of audit schedules and timely responses to enquiries.
  • Maintain effective financial controls and accounting documentation, drive process improvements and automation, and support new business initiatives and ad hoc projects.

What We Look For In You


Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or a recognised professional accounting qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.


Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting, audit or finance operations; Big 4 and commercial experience in financial services, fintech or digital assets are preferred.


Strong hands-on experience in financial close, multi-entity reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory audits and management reporting.


Sound knowledge of IFRS/HKFRS; experience in accounting for digital assets is an advantage.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and a high level of ownership.


Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight reporting deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.


Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle, ERP systems or data analytics tools is an advantage.
