- Maintain and evolve data pipelines, infrastructure, and decision-making systems
- Contribute to both our persona modeling systems and ad delivery optimization, with a current focus on persona side
- Enhance the reliability of our systems through improved monitoring and alerting (SLI/SLO)
- Support business users by troubleshooting and improving reporting and data workflows
- Work across teams—including Product, DevOps, and Core Services—to connect and streamline services
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer
- Strong programming skills in Scala or Python, and experience with Spark
- Professional experience with SQL and AWS services (SageMaker, Clickhouse, DynamoDB)
- Knowledge of one or more backend languages (e.g., Go, C#, or C++)
- Comfortable working with CI tools (e.g., Jenkins), Terraform, Docker or Kubernetes (nice to have)
- Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch (nice to have)
- Appetite to learn about machine learning, algorithmic systems, and new domains
- Strong communication skills; fluency in English and French.
