As an Analytics, Merchandising, Technical Delivery, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing our NIQ merchandising solutions as well as assisting clients for technical delivery and system / solution support.

  • Single point of contact for clients
  • Ownership of client relationship for support, delivery and consultancy
  • Communicate with client to capture requirements for our solutions
  • Communicate client requirement to appropriate internal team members
  • Testing of solution to ensure client requirement is met
  • Project Management post sales / implementation activities
  • Engaged in training new and existing clients in our merchandising solutions
  • Stakeholder engagement both internally and on the client side
  • Consulting with clients to discuss ongoing enhancement
  • Regular client account reviews
  • Assist in sales activities in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
  • Ensure client service deliverables are aligned o the regional client service standards
  • Regular contact with clients

You’ve dabbled in data. You’ve perused various technologies. And you have the communication chops to translate it all into conversation or presentations. While you’ve worked with global cross-functional teams, you can also put your head down and focus on independent projects. Seeing the big picture takes attention to detail. Keeping up with the fast-changing world of retail and manufacturing sectors. You know what’s happening in data and you’re ready to influence what’s next.

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate or higher
  • Over 2 years relevant working experience
  • Microsoft SQL database experience essential
  • Space Planning/Merchandising experience
  • Service Mind, Presentation available person
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
