About The Role

Are you structured, systematic, and motivated by helping sales teams perform their best?

We are looking for a Nordic Sales Enablement & Operations Specialist to support our Business Consultants in their everyday sales work. This is a newly established role, designed to help the sales team stay organized, use systems correctly, and spend more time with customers.

You will be a key support person for the AD team, especially when it comes to Microsoft Dynamics, CRM quality, commercial follow-up, reporting, and internal coordination. The role will have a direct impact on sales performance by making everyday sales work easier, cleaner, and more consistent.

We are looking for someone who is service-minded, detail-oriented, and confident enough to speak up when something can be done in a smarter way.

Your Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support to the Business Consultants

Help the team use Microsoft Dynamics correctly and consistently

Ensure CRM data, pipeline information and deal details are accurate and up to date

Support sales reporting, follow-ups, renewal preparation and internal sales processes

Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Legal and Customer Success when needed

Support documentation, approval workflows and commercial administration

Create and maintain templates, guides and best-practice materials

Identify ways to improve structure, efficiency and ways of working across the Nordic sales team

About you

You are someone who enjoys structure, systems, and helping others succeed. You like details, follow-throughs, and making sure things are done properly.

We believe you will succeed in this role if you have:

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

A systematic and proactive way of working

Experience from sales support, sales operations, administration or a similar support role

Good understanding of CRM systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a strong advantage

The ability to manage several tasks and priorities at the same time

A service-minded attitude, combined with the confidence to challenge when needed

Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language — Danish, Norwegian or Swedish — and strong English skills

Interest in FMCG, retail, consumer insights or data-driven commercial work

What We offer

  • 550,000 - 800,000 NOK Annually. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. We are committed to equal pay and pay transparency. Remuneration decisions are made using gender-neutral and objective criteria.
