Role Overview

The DA Insights Reporting Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance reporting solutions. This role bridges business and technical teams, transforming complex data into actionable insights through advanced analytics and data modeling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-level Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain complex DAX measures and scalable data models.
  • Translate business requirements into efficient and robust analytical solutions.
  • Optimize data models and reports for performance and scalability.
  • Implement advanced analytical frameworks such as segmentation, quartile analysis, and KPI monitoring.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
  • Drive best practices in reporting standards, governance, and data visualization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and performance issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced expertise in Power BI, including report development and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in DAX to deal with complex calculation patterns.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling principles (relationships, performance tuning).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with SQL and data integration from multiple sources.
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, or cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Min 5+ year's experience preferred
  • Knowledge of database technologies (PostgreSQL or similar database systems).
  • Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies.
