Affiliate and influencer marketing is one of Neo's fastest-growing acquisition channels. We've built partnerships with Canada's biggest credit marketplaces, content publishers, and financial comparison sites. We have influencers telling Neo's story across every platform. But we're nowhere close to done.

This role isn't maintaining what's already working. It's taking a channel that's proven product-market fit and pushing it toward becoming the single largest source of new Neo customers. Think thousands of influencers talking about Neo. Think every financial publisher in Canada ranking Neo at the top. That's the trajectory, and you'll be part of the team making it happen.

Reporting to the Director of Affiliates & Influencers, this role sits within the Growth team. You'll work alongside creative services, marketing analytics, product marketers, and lifecycle teams every day. The channel is already delivering results across credit cards, savings accounts, and other products with budget, tools, and leadership support behind it.

What you'll be doing:

- Affiliate Partner Management: Monitor and optimize performance across 80+ partners spanning direct, Impact, and Fintel networks. Ensure all product listings remain competitive, accurate, and current. Identify trends, troubleshoot drops, and prioritize optimizations to improve CAC and quality ratios.

- New Partner Growth: Discover, evaluate, and onboard new affiliate partners. Manage the full lifecycle from outreach through negotiation, technical setup, launch, and initial optimization.

- Influencer Program: Execute daily influencer outreach, managing personalized follow-up, negotiation, and onboarding. Run campaigns end-to-end from brief through content review, compliance, launch, and performance analysis. Coordinate with agency partners on briefing and content cycles.

- Campaign Execution: Execute cross-partner campaigns including sponsored emails, banners, SMS, and table placements. Support product launches across all partners. Briefing, content creation, approval, and launch coordination. Own landing page accuracy including UTM configuration and CTA integrity.

- Performance & Reporting: Track CAC, conversion rates, and partner-level performance. Provide weekly insights and recommendations. Conduct competitive research and listing audits.

Who we are looking for:

- 5+ years in affiliate and/or influencer marketing

- Hands-on experience managing affiliate partnerships (credit marketplaces, content publishers, or comparison sites strongly preferred)

- Proven track record running influencer campaigns from outreach through performance analysis

- Strong organizational skills — you'll manage 100+ partner relationships simultaneously

- Data-driven decision maker comfortable with analytics tools and reporting

- Excellent written communication — you can write compelling partner-facing content and campaign briefs

- Equally effective as an individual contributor and a collaborative team player

- B2C experience; financial services or consumer tech a plus

- Canadian market experience preferred

- Based in Canada, willing to work on-site in Toronto or Calgary
