MuleSoft Solution Architect / Staff Engineer

Must have Skills : MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Expert), MuleSoft API Designer, RAML, MuleSoft Platform Architecture, MuleSoft Runtime Manager (Strong), Good To Have Skills : , Job Description : Target Experience: 8 - 10+ Years Responsibilities: Architecture & API-Led Connectivity - End-to-End Architecture: Design and architect highly scalable, resilient integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across hybrid multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises environments. - API-Led Governance: Promote and enforce API-led connectivity frameworks (System, Process, Experience APIs) to align technical implementation with strategic business goals. - Integration Patterns: Implement robust middleware design patterns including Message Routing, Content Enrichment, Guaranteed Delivery, Batch Processing, Distributed Tracing, and Automated Reconciliation. - SDLC Ownership: Oversee complete technical delivery from requirements analysis to CI/CD automated deployments, testing, and production support while managing technical risk. AI Capabilities & Agent Fabric - AI & LLM Integration: Architect integrations connecting enterprise API ecosystems with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. - Enterprise Agent Fabric: Design and implement Agent Fabrics enabling autonomous AI agents to safely discover, authenticate, and execute enterprise microservices with complete auditability and governance. - Event-Driven AI Workflows: Utilize Anypoint Flex Gateway, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), Kafka, and AsyncAPIs to power real-time AI workload streams and automated event processing. Pre-Sales, RFPs & Executive Stakeholder Management - RFP & Proposal Leadership: Partner with executive practice leaders to author technical RFP responses, solution architectures, effort estimations, and delivery models for strategic client bids. - Executive Presentations: Deliver high-impact technical walkthroughs, solution pitches, and demonstrations to CIOs, Enterprise Architects, and steering committees. - POCs & Prototyping: Develop rapid Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and prototypes using MuleSoft and adjacent technologies (AWS, Azure, Boomi) to validate technology selection during pre-sales. COE & Practice Enablement - COE Assets & Frameworks: Drive Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives by developing reusable connectors, security policy templates, and enterprise integration accelerators. - Cross-iPaaS Knowledge: Maintain active working knowledge of adjacent iPaaS/middleware platforms (Boomi, Workato, Spring Boot, Azure Integration Services) to support multi-vendor architecture reviews.
