Responsibilites:
- Lead complex projects and programs from initiation to successful delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Drive transformation, digitalization, IT, and organizational change initiatives.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality targets.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and align diverse interests.
- Proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage escalations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- 10+ years of experience leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as railways, transportation, infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications, or other large-scale enterprise environments is highly desirable.
- Proven success in large-scale corporate environments with executive-level stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage customer engagements in complex organizational environments.
- Background in organizational change and transformation management.
- Experience in multinational corporations and matrix organizations.
- Consulting experience and/or project management certifications (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, SAFe).
- Professional fluency in German and English.
