We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack AI Engineer who can rapidly build and ship AI-enabled product capabilities across the manufacturing and supply chain product portfolio. This role is ideal for engineers who actively leverage AI coding assistants and can integrate LLMs into business applications.
- Develop end-to-end features across frontend and backend stacks.
- Integrate LLMs and GenAI capabilities into products.
- Build agent-based workflows and copilots for planners, buyers, and operations teams.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Develop AI-enabled experiences for forecasting, recommendations, and master-data management.
- Use AI-first engineering approaches for design, coding, testing, and documentation.
- Participate in architecture and technical decision-making.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong React, TypeScript & Node.js skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs/GenAI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic or similar)
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph or Semantic Kernel
- Strong Azure, CI/CD & containerization experience
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf or Microsoft Copilot
- Preferred: Agentic AI, supply chain/forecasting, planning or data engineering experience
