Senior Full Stack Engineer

• You have 8+ years experience with an object-oriented language such as Ruby • You are experienced with Ruby on Rails or another web framework (e.g. Spring, Symfony, Laravel, Django), as well as with JavaScript and relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL) • You have experience with infrastructure management and/or AI pipelines • You test your code (e.g. using RSpec) • You write well-designed and readable code • You communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and French • You like to learn new things

Our average review time is under one day, and we keep PRs small (under 75 lines of code). • We collaborate very closely with the Product team and often refer to ourselves internally as the ProTech team. Internal Tools : Slack for communication, Notion as our knowledge base, Google Drive for shared documents, 1password for secure password management, Github & AWS for code and deployment.
