  • Identify opportunities to improve clarity, reach, and effectiveness

What success looks like

  • Employees are supported in adopting new tools, systems, and ways of working
  • Communications are consistent, timely, and easy to follow

  • Proactive: You take initiative and look for ways to improve how things are done
  • Adaptable: You’re comfortable working on communications related to change, new tools, or evolving ways of working

Experience that will help you succeed

You don’t need to meet every requirement, but experience in the following areas will be helpful:

  • Creating content for multiple channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, email, presentations)
  • Supporting communications for projects, organisational change, or the rollout of new tools, systems, or ways of working
  • Working with digital workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft365)
