ABOUT THE ROLE
Mercor is looking for a Chief of Staff to support the Head of Engagement Management and drive high-priority initiatives across sales, partnerships, marketing, and hiring. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move quickly from strategy to execution, helping to drive the strategic direction of Mercor's rapidly expanding GTM efforts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Special Projects: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow Mercor’s business across labs, enterprises, and app layer companies
- Partnerships: Activate partnerships with RL-as-a-service companies and partners to turn relationships into joint GTM and revenue opportunities.
- Sales strategy: Manage CRM implementation, goal setting, territory design, and resource allocation
- Process Optimization: Help to optimize the operating rhythm of the EM organization including deal reviews and GTM systems
- Strategic Hiring: Identify organizational gaps and lead recruiting for high-priority roles across the Engagement Management organization.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-4 years of experience in a Chief of Staff/Exec Ops role supporting a rapidly scaling business
- Exceptional strategic thinking and execution
- Strong commercial instincts and interest in AI
- Ability to operate across sales, partnerships, marketing, and recruiting
- High ownership, low ego, and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
