HARD SKILLS
Portfolio & program tracking — RAID log, dependency mapping, delivery milestone management across parallel workstreams and vendors.
Agile governance — sprint ceremonies facilitation, velocity tracking, capacity planning in a multi-squad Agentforce delivery context.
Reporting & dashboarding — executive-ready status reporting, KPI tracking, budget vs actuals synthesis for VP/C-level audiences.
Tooling proficiency — Jira, Confluence, or equivalent; familiarity with Slack Enterprise+ workflow automation a plus.
Standards enforcement — defines and applies delivery standards, contributes to program governance framework and trade-off documentation.
Risk & issue management — proactive escalation path design, mitigation tracking, dependency radar across IIT and business streams.
Budget tracking — monitors contractor days consumed vs allocated; flags variance early to V-Team Lead.
SOFT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Assertive on standards — enforces governance without blocking delivery; pushes back constructively on scope creep.
Multi-vendor coordination — experienced managing contractors, APEX partners and internal teams simultaneously.
3+ years — in IT program management on Salesforce or enterprise platform delivery; bilingual (FR/EN) a plus.
