  • Evaluate enhancement requests, perform impact analysis, recommend scalable solutions, and deliver approved enhancements with clear documentation.
  • Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for payroll cycles, time and absence changes, and quarterly/annual system updates.
  • Partner cross ‑ functionally with Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Finance, and IT to ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and support guides to ensure auditability and knowledge continuity.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, and quarterly Oracle updates.
  • Strong understanding of Core HR, payroll operations, benefits, compensation, and downstream financial impacts.
  • Experience with Goals, Performance, Talent Review, Learning, HR Help Desk, and Security.
