Who are we hiring?
The Partnerships Strategy Manager will support commercial strategy and analysis for the Global Partnerships organization, helping the business evaluate its portfolio, identify growth opportunities, and understand its position in market. This role focuses on turning performance data, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable insights and recommendations — and helping ensure those insights inform how the partnerships business goes to market. The Manager will work closely with sales, analytics, and leadership to support commercial decision-making, with go-to-market materials as a natural output of that work rather than the primary focus.
What will you do?
- Support commercial strategy analysis for the partnerships portfolio — evaluating performance trends, asset valuation, and category/market dynamics to inform pricing, positioning, and growth priorities
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify whitespace, emerging categories, and threats to the partnerships business, surfacing findings and recommendations
- Partner with analytics teams to build and refine frameworks for evaluating deal performance, portfolio health, and ROI across partners
- Contribute strategic input into business reviews and leadership alignment discussions, bringing a data-driven perspective to inform where the business should focus
- Help identify gaps in current commercial positioning and market approach, recommending strategic shifts backed by data and analysis
- Translate complex performance data and market insights into clear recommendations for sales and executive audiences
- Support go-to-market efforts by providing the strategic narrative and data foundation that sales enablement materials are built on (materials development itself is a secondary, supporting output)
- Coordinate cross-functionally to help ensure commercial strategy is consistently understood and applied across sales, leadership, and adjacent teams
- Contribute market context, competitive intelligence, and strategic recommendations to broader planning processes
What do you need to succeed?
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, business analytics, or strategic planning — ideally within media, sports, or entertainment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex data sets and translate findings into clear strategic recommendations
- Experience conducting market and competitive analysis to inform business strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complex analysis into clear, persuasive recommendations for senior audiences
- Strong cross-functional collaborator — comfortable working across sales, analytics, and leadership teams to support and align on strategic direction
- Data-literate with fluency in interpreting performance metrics, portfolio analysis, and market trends
- Highly organized with strong project management skills — able to manage multiple analytical workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for analytical rigor and quality of output
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where priorities shift and collaboration is essential to results
- Familiarity with sponsorship, brand partnerships, or media sales is a strong plus
- Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
