- Deploy and support laptops and peripherals for new and existing users, following team standards
- Provision Windows 11 devices using Intune Autopilot (no traditional imaging); provide Tier 1 end-user support
- Deliver clear, professional communication with customers, stakeholders, and service providers
- Troubleshoot and resolve deskside issues, escalating and tracking incidents as needed
- Mentor and support less experienced team members, both on-site and remote
- Ensure compliance with client IT security, technology standards, and service practices
- Follow and model Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental policies and safe work practices
- Support office technology such as printers, AV, video conferencing, and meeting room equipment (nice to have)
- Participate in regional IT team collaboration to ensure consistent service delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement in end-user support, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- 5+ years of IT support experience, including experience supporting a Microsoft environment in a Desktop Support Role
- Knowledge of server operations, infrastructure, web interfaces, remote access tools
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Experience with:
- -> Microsoft Office O365
- -> Remote support
- -> PC / printer hardware / VPN / Citrix
- -> Active Directory
- Ability to identify issues, escalate appropriately and work to resolve them
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Microsoft Certifications

Expected compensation range is $55,120- $72,345
