Leads the Continuous Improvement (CI) process in order to improve the operational performance in area of responsibility
- Manages and monitors CI - Continuous Improvement to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and at target, KPIs: M1&M2
- Defines and updates the work instructions for Employee Continuous Improvement Process in the Plant/Country
- Manages the proper evaluation of ideas in collaboration with the affected positions (e.g. CI committees, Controlling)
- Manages the proper calculation of impact for CI initiatives (business case, pay-back or return on investment, etc.)
- Leads the regular Plant CI Committee (in SMC or in Country)
- Organizes CI campaigns and recognitions concept to generate and to implement CI ideas to promote employee CI and management CI
- Provides all needed support and trainings to use the Ideas Management Software e. g. CIP software as local administration and LPI Software
- Ensures transfer and implementation of ideas in the Plant or Country, especially between segments, departments and with other Plants or Countries
- Checks ideas from other Plants or Countries to determine their applicability at own Plant or Country in collaboration with affected departments
- Performs induction trainings: 5S, 8 types of waste, Idea Management software
- Education Level : Engineering degree in a relevant field
