- Acts as key user of the maintenance system (API PRO/SAP)
- Ensures a standardized approach and implementation for the maintenance process system within the plant
- Ensures the maintenance system data correctness and adherence to the specific local work instructions and procedures (IMS releases)
- Generates necessary reports out of the maintenance system
- Maintains/updates equipment list and service plans in the maintenance system
- Manages all maintenance activities related to the maintenance system
- Collects and inputs in the maintenance system all maintenance reports from maintenance technicians
- Sets up new users the maintenance system in the plant and provides support through helpdesk tickets
- Ensures the period adjustment (Period close down) in the maintenance system
- Minimum education level: BTS (Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, or equivalent).
- Desired experience in an industrial environment (ideally in a production setting).
- Strong knowledge in mechanics, electrical engineering, pneumatics, and automation.
- Analytical mindset, thoroughness, and ability to prioritize.
- Team player with initiative and a proactive attitude.
