Customer Demand Planning Team Leader

• Manages and supervises the Customer Demand Planning org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Identifies potential for improvement in area of responsibility, offers consulting and contributes to improvement of service delivery
• Takes responsibility for standard & governance adherence and process execution
• Leads the direct reports in the area of responsibility
• Plans the regular team activity in order to cover all the activity stages and reply to all the requests received
• Defines the team members’ objectives, tasks and responsibilities. Provides clear instructions, monitoring and evaluation of the results
• Identifies the training and development needs of direct reports, follows the subordinates' professional development and provides assistance for using newly acquired knowledge
• Proposes and applies measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
• Supports the management of customer relationship (RFQ, understanding demand, red alerts, SC disruptions)
• Responsible for the validation of the MPS inside the production facility
• Ensures OTIF deliveries, respecting customer demand at the optimum cost level

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Years of Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, or a related environment, including proven supervisory experience as a Team Leader, Segment Leader, or similar role.
• KPI & Performance Management: Strong experience in monitoring operational KPIs, service delivery, and team performance against defined targets.
• Process Management & Continuous Improvement: Good understanding of process execution, operational procedures, and proactive identification of improvement opportunities.
• Problem Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to handle operational issues effectively and independently.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to set clear objectives, manage direct reports, and coordinate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Language: Good command of English (both written and spoken) with strong professional communication and reporting skills.
