About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend engineering skills (NodeJS) and hands-on AI experience. You should be comfortable working across the stack, but your core strength should be building scalable backend systems, APIs, and AI-powered product features.You will own features end-to-end, from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, and support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems
- Build AI-powered features using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar
- Develop RAG pipelines, vector search, agent workflows, and AI integrations
- Work with databases including SQL and NoSQL; optimize schemas, queries, and indexes
- Build async and event-driven systems using queues, workers, WebSockets, or streaming
- Develop frontend features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to ship high-quality products
- Own features across the full lifecycle: design, build, deploy, monitor, and support
Skills required
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, GraphQL , and backend architecture
- Good hands-on experience with React / Next.js and modern frontend development
- Strong understanding of databases, caching, async processing, and system design
- Experience integrating LLMs or building AI-powered product features
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, AI observability, and latency optimization
- Experience with testing, performance optimization, security, and production deployments
Nice to Have
- Experience with real-time audio, STT/TTS, conversational AI, or multimodal AI
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, or CI/CD pipelines
- Open-source contributions or strong personal projects
