You'll thrive here if you have proven track record of:

• Turning KPIs into business decisions that drive marketplace growth (ride hailing).

• Scaling driver acquisition while building long-term retention strategies.

• Optimizing marketplace health by balancing driver supply and customer demand.

• Designing and executing growth strategies—not just managing day-to-day operations.

• Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams with a strong ownership mindset.

• Influencing cross-functional and senior stakeholders across local and regional teams, including Hong Kong.

• Challenging the status quo, identifying opportunities, and continuously improving processes through data and innovation.

We're looking for someone with:

• 4+ years in Growth, Ride-hailing Marketplace, Operations, , last delivery.

• Experience managing driver/courier supply in ride-hailing,  last mile, delivery, or similar platforms (SAS).

• Proven experience optimizing: Driver acquisition, Driver activation, Driver retention, Incentives, Utilization, Fulfillment.

• Strong leadership experience.

• Advanced Excel and analytical mindset.

• Fluent English (daily collaboration with regional teams).
