Job Summary:

The Product Content Specialist creates and curates the content that brings Kensington Vacations product to life — itinerary and service-level copy, country guides, landing pages, and the imagery that pairs with all of it. Not just a copywriter: this role combines strong writing with a sharp eye for sourcing and curating brand-aligned imagery. Works regularly with AI tools to draft and iterate branded copy at pace, build and review AI-assisted itineraries, and write the rules that guide AI agents, applying strong editorial judgment to make sure everything that ships sounds distinctly Kensington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and curate itinerary and service-level content in brand voice, aligned to SEO and product briefs.
  • Build and review AI-assisted itineraries, ensuring accuracy, brand voice, and quality before client delivery.
  • Write and maintain the rules and prompts that guide AI agents used in content and itinerary workflows.
  • Create content for landing pages, country guides, and other product-related assets as needed.
  • Source, curate, and manage imagery that matches brand standards and supports merchandising goals.
  • Manage client-facing content (copy and imagery) in our proprietary product database system, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Optimize content for search — visibility, engagement, and organic traffic across channels.
  • Partner with Product and Procurement Operations on content delivery, categorization, and tagging.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising to align messaging, campaigns, and content strategy.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, maintaining content quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Use performance data and market insight to keep content and offerings competitive.
  • Contribute to process improvements and communicate updates across teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills.
  • Strong eye for imagery sourcing and curation, matched to brand standards.
  • Content creator/curator mindset.
  • Comfortable using AI tools daily to draft and iterate branded copy, build and review AI-generated itineraries, and write the rules that guide AI agents, with the judgment to know when output needs a human hand.
  • Travel or hospitality background strongly preferred.
  • Experience with a CMS and digital asset management tools (e.g., Cloudinary).
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and content accuracy.
  • Proactive, collaborative, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
