• Execute assigned study activities including sample preparation, reagent preparation, and assay execution with moderate supervision • Support method development, qualification, and validation activities and begin contributing to assay optimization • Perform data processing and prepare data summaries for review by senior scientists • Troubleshoot routine assay or instrumentation issues and escalate more complex challenges appropriately • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with study protocols, SOPs & GLP regulatory requirements • Ensure proper sample identification, handling, and tracking in accordance with GLP standards • Communicate study progress, risks, and timelines to senior staff • Provide informal support and guidance to junior staff as needed • Perform all aspects of the job in a way that supports company brand and supports company mission, vision, and values
• Bachelor’s or master’s in biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field with 1–3 years of experience in a bioanalytical laboratory environment • Hands-on experience working in a GLP-regulated laboratory environment (required) • Experience with ligand binding assays (LBA) such as ELISA, MSD, or similar immunoassay platforms • Working knowledge of assay workflows including sample preparation, reagent handling, and plate-based assays • Basic understanding of assay performance characteristics (precision, accuracy, sensitivity, selectivity) • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within SOP-driven and regulated environments
