POSITION SUMMARY:
Employee will oversee daily stacking hall operations to ensure accurate pallet counts, proper labeling, and documentation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Monitor and record employee break times to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Enforce rotation procedures to support ergonomic safety and maintain stacking consistency.
- Accurately record all finished pallets by amount and time.
- Visually inspect pallets during production to prevent mixed product, mislabeling, or incorrect counts.
- Communicate directly and consistently with the Warehouse Supervisor and / or Manager regarding production flow, issues, or material needs.
- Enforce all safety protocols, including PPE usage and safe stacking practices.
- Support training of new stacking team members and model proper stacking and documentation procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for immediate problem-solving within the stacking area.
Overtime may be required based on production needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience:
1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
US Hourly Pay Range
$20 — $20 USD
