Project Manager
Location: Harrisburg, PA, 2 Days/Week
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
Position Summary
Itero Group is seeking an experienced PM with specialized knowledge and experience in EHRs, health informatics, and health IT . The PM will have proven experience leading large-scale projects to successful implementation and experience with planning around organizational change management (OCM).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of a new EHR system, and transition from system implementation to program operations and maintenance.
- Lead, plan, execute, and monitor all project activities for EHR implementation including project planning and execution, and governance
- Manage technical initiatives with a complement of project team members throughout the various IT areas, technical complexity, and vendor involvement.
- Accountable for delivery of all work tasks identified in the Project Management Plan and Project Schedule.
Requirements
- Seven (7) to nine (9) years of relevant Project Management experience proving they have/can perform the role effectively.
- Experience with organizational change management ( OCM ) with independent customers is preferred.
- Experience with EHR and/or EMR, health informatics, and health IT .
- Must live in PA
