You will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder coordination and resolution of technical issues.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage electronic security projects from initiation through completion and final handover.
- Develop and monitor project plans, coordinating resources, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate Engineers, Field Technicians and external partners .
- Monitor progress, risks, deadlines and technical issues, and drive corrective actions.
- Oversee installation and commissioning activities.
- Track hardware availability and anticipate supply constraints.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning and final project handover.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reporting.
- Proven experience in technical project management .
- Previous experience in electronic security, low-voltage systems, building technologies or technical integration projects .
- Good understanding of installation and commissioning environments.
- Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working with technical teams and managing customer relationships.
- Technical background in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, IT, building technologies or a related field.

Experience with one or more of the following platforms is highly valued:
- Genetec
- Lenel / LenelS2
- PACOM
- Milestone
- Axis
Experience with comparable security integration platforms will also be considered.
Languages
- English and French: required.
- German: a strong asset.
IOTA Group is recruiting a Project Manager – Electronic Security Systems for one of its partners in Switzerland .
You will lead electronic security projects involving CCTV, access control and intrusion detection , coordinating technical teams and customers from project initiation through installation, commissioning and final handover.
- Location: Switzerland.
- Experience in Data Centers or other critical infrastructure environments would be an advantage.
- Experience managing international or global account projects is highly valued.
- Previous experience in security system integration projects would be an asset.
