iCapital is looking to hire a Vice President to join the iCapital Wealth Solutions team, focused on our existing enterprise Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) relationships. This position will play a central role in managing relationships within existing enterprise clients, ensuring fulsome delivery and execution of our existing suite of offerings across all asset classes.  The team strives to understand their clients’ needs and collaborate with other departments to deliver best in class solutions and the highest quality client service and execution. This role will also partner with the Business Development team to uncover new expansion opportunities within this set of existing clients. This is a senior-level technical role focused on the delivery and ongoing support of iCapital’s full suite of solutions, ranging from alternatives to structured investments, to the RIA channel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen existing relationships with RIA clients.
  • Drive enterprise adoption of our technology platform and infrastructure.
  • Promote a consultative approach to deepen and expand current relationships across the iCapital platform of offerings.
  • Play a key role as the primary touchpoint for several strategic RIA clients.
  • Co-own identifying new revenue streams within existing clients alongside the Business Development team.
  • Drive day-to-day engagement with RIA  clients to ensure we are delivering and executing at the highest level for them
  • Collaborate with other Client Management associates across iCapital Solutions to drive tactical and strategic initiatives regarding existing client penetration and opportunity identification

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a technical relationship management capacity
  • Extensive knowledge of alternatives and/or structured investments is highly preferred
  • Direct experience working for or with wealth management firms is highly preferred
  • Experience with SAAS offerings and wealth tech platforms is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Passion for client service and exceeding client expectations
  • Strategic mindset and able to work independently
  • Demonstrated client service skills and ability to carry enterprise relationships with little to no oversight
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses is preferred

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
