What you'll Do: 


• Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values  

• Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA  associates

• P rovides internal and external support as a Client Onboarding coordinator for new and existing Employee Navigator clients , including  implement ation  and  maintenance of  Benefit Administration Systems

• Provide s  ongoing technical support contact and develop s  and  maintain s  relationships with external vendors, third parties and  carriers

• P rovide s  research resolution for escalations from internal and external clients,  and  complete s  special projects as  assigned

• Build s   client platforms and project management of client onboarding and  renewal  

 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS  include but are not limited to:  


• Up to 6 months of similar or related experience  

• Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade  school

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally

• Ability to be firm and persuasive when needed, while maintaining  good relationships

• High degree of courtesy, diplomacy  and tact

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Proficiency  with Microsoft products and agency systems  including Employee Navigator

• Ability to analyze and interpret data

• Strong communication  and presentation skills, as well as written skills

• Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner

• Commitment to work through projects to completion

• Strong reasoning skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Effectively prioritizes tasks and manages multiple projects while meeting timelines
