Mission
Re-establish and maintain dominance in the Stratosphere.
What you’ll do
- Pick up, deliver, and move supplies, equipment, and materials to support office and team operations.
- Receive, sort, and distribute deliveries and packages.
- Keep the office organized, stocked, and presentable, including common areas and supply storage.
- Set up and break down for meetings, events, and visitors.
- Support procurement workflows, including vendor coordination and PO tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors for facilities and office needs.
- Pitch in across a wide range of operational and administrative tasks that keep the business running day to day.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, facilities, or a related field.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling a variety of tasks and shifting priorities.
- Able to lift and move supplies and packages as needed.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Experience with procurement, supply chain, or vendor management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Interest in aerospace, defense, or hardware startups is a plus.
- Able to work on-site in El Segundo, CA.

This is not a normal ops job

US salary range
$65,000 - $95,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Icarus' total compensation package.
