Position Summary:
The Senior Litigation Paralegal provides advanced litigation support to attorneys in all phases of complex litigation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in working on high-volume, deadline-driven matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage case files from inception through trial and appeal
- Coordinating discovery
- Prepare court documents for filing
- Conduct legal research
- Assist with trial preparation
- Serves as a key resource on court practices and helps develop junior paralegals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably in a mid-to-large firm
- Thorough understanding of the litigation process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, iManage, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fundamental proficiency in research and internet platforms such as Bloomberg Law, Lexis, Westlaw, CM/ECF, NYSCEF, and PacerPro
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and planning skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- The ability to work overtime as required, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to travel for trials or work remotely as required
- Ability to work with other managers and employees at all levels in a collaborative and collegial environment

Salary Range
$100,000 — $125,000 USD
