Your Impact:
- Lead packaging team in preparing, trimming, sorting, filling, packing, and labeling cannabis products
- Oversee packaging inventory documentation and accuracy
- Operate machinery to fill vape cartridges and/or pre-rolls
- Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Train new packaging associates on daily tasks
Your Strengths:
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cannabis packaging methods.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems.
- Passionate about the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.
