We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Operations Analyst with English Level 1 to join our team and support project activities and timesheet analysis, as well as financial operations of client projects across our international business.
- Timesheet analysis, reporting and support to the business
- Expense management support
- Provide administrative support throughout the project lifecycle, including project setup, maintenance, and closure activities.
- Support month-end processes, including project billing preparation, revenue tracking, and project data updates.
- Assist with the maintenance and processing of Microsoft BREP, licensing, and CSA activities.
- Perform basic project and timesheet validation checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Support testing activities during system upgrades and enhancements (UAT).
- Assist with the preparation of information and documentation required for internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different teams to provide operational support and resolve queries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in project operations, finance, or business administration.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive working relationships.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Strong administrative and data management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX or Microsoft D365 F&O is an advantage but not required.
- Fluent in English
