WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Own our Reddit community end-to-end: manage our subreddit, grow it, keep engagement high, and build the community.

• Work with narratives in GenAI: spot emerging trends and understand how to work with them

• Find strong authors, build partnerships with them, and run a power users program.

• Manage content: set topics, find hot takes, and understand what resonates with the audience right now

YOUR MUST HAVES

• An active Reddit user who understands its culture from real experience.

• The ability and desire to write a lot.

• An instinct for tone — you feel what works and what reads instantly as an ad and kills trust.

• A sense for what lands: why one post gets a thousand upvotes and another goes negative, and how that differs across a million-member sub versus a small local one with 5,000 members.

• Startup mindset and an A-player approach — you don't wait for tasks, you see what needs to be done and do it. This is not a task-based role; you fully own the result.

NICE TO HAVE

• Your own Reddit account with history, and you write there actively.

• An understanding of how the GenAI landscape works and where it's heading.
