Shipping Lead

As a Shipping Lead, you will oversee daily operations in receiving, shipping, and logistics. You’ll be a hands-on leader, coaching your team to ensure maximum productivity while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Working under the guidance of a Supervisor, you’ll be a key player in keeping our distribution center running smoothly.

Shift: Sunday to Wednesday - 7:00am to 5:30pm

You will...

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and coach a team of 6-10 employees, ensuring high morale and efficient performance.

• Operations: Coordinate daily shipping activities, communicate with carriers, and manage data entry in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.

• Safety & Quality: Enforce all safety, GMP, and SQF policies while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.

You are...

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a distribution or shipping environment.

• Associate’s degree OR equivalent professional experience.

• Intermediate computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets).

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Certification in material handling equipment (or willingness to become certified).

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role operates in a cold manufacturing environment (10º - 40ºF). You should be comfortable standing and walking for 10-12 hour shifts and able to regularly lift 25-50 lbs. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere with significant weekend work based on production needs.

Colorado Pay Range
$23.75 — $23.75 USD
