ABOUT THE ROLE:
Chief of Staff at Heliux will be directly responsible for leading business operations, running strategic projects, and supporting customer deployments:
- Manage internal business functions across accounting, financial planning, recruiting operations, human resources, revenue operations, and more.
- Drive strategic projects from start to finish with an extreme sense of urgency. Examples may include security compliance, fundraising support, pricing strategy, etc.
- Support customer implementations from contracting, through deployments, and to successful system go-lives.
- Relentlessly solve any and all problems that stand in the way of company objectives—and therefore, our success.
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven experience standing up, managing, and continuously improving cross-functional business operations in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in fundamentals of a software/technology business, including but not limited to deployment operations, financial modeling, revenue operations, etc.
- Rapid career advancement in startups, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- Inherent desire to operate with extreme levels of urgency across all aspects of life and work.
