We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.

At Hasbro, our mission is to entertain and connect generations of fans through the wonder of storytelling and exhilaration of play. We're looking for adventurous and curious people who want to explore, experiment, and innovate to come up with the best ideas. Our culture has inspired our diverse team of highly skilled, highly creative, and highly committed individuals for 100 years and we believe the best is yet to come.

We're hiring a Senior Principal, Technical Product Manager to help turn that vision into reality.

This is a highly influential, hands-on individual contributor role with global scope. You'll identify process complexity, design practical automation solutions, and lead AI experimentation that delivers measurable impact for our Marketing, Brand, and Commercial teams worldwide.

You'll work at the intersection of business and technology - partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to translate real workflow challenges into scalable, sustainable improvements. Success in this role means simplifying planning and execution processes, reducing manual effort, growing transparency, and introducing AI-enabled capabilities that build tangible business value. If you're motivated by solving meaningful enterprise problems and building practical solutions that make teams more effective, this is an opportunity to build how Hasbro works.

What You'll Drive:

Process Simplification & Workflow Design

  • Assess end-to-end workflows across Marketing, Brand, and Commercial teams to identify friction, excess, and opportunity.
  • Redesign processes to improve clarity, accountability, and speed.
  • Replace manual, spreadsheet-driven work with scalable, structured solutions.

Automation Execution

  • Design and implement lightweight automations that simplify planning, reporting, and coordination.
  • Connect systems and data flows to reduce fragmentation and improve reliability.
  • Deliver early wins that demonstrate measurable time savings and operational improvement.

AI Experimentation & Enablement

  • Identify high-impact use cases for AI across planning, forecasting, content, and decision support.
  • Prototype and test AI-enabled workflows in partnership with business teams.
  • Translate experimentation into practical, governed capabilities that scale responsibly.

Marketing, Brand & Commercial Impact

  • Improve insight into performance drivers and planning assumptions.
  • Strengthen collaboration between creative, commercial, and supply functions.
  • Support faster, more confident decision-making across global markets.

Enterprise Partnership & Adoption

  • Collaborate with Technology, Data, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure sustainable solutions.
  • Support change adoption through clarity, transparency, and measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and thoughtful innovation.

What You Bring:

  • Experience improving business processes within Marketing, Brand, Commercial, or planning environments.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools, workflow platforms, agentic or AI-enabled solutions, and low-code technologies.
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to design scalable workflow and data architectures that connect across platforms.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including integration patterns, data flows, governance considerations, and the emerging role of autonomous or agentic capabilities within enterprise ecosystems.
  • Comfort navigating complex ecosystems and balancing short-term wins with long-term sustainability.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured, practical solutions.
  • Experience partnering efficiently across the enterprise.
  • A product approach - you design capabilities that are user-centered, resilient, agent-augmented where appropriate, and built to evolve.
