We are looking for a results-oriented, innovative  Producer  to support our flagship game brand, Dungeons & Dragons! This role is a key member of the team, passionate about facilitating the production and publication of the various products and other support initiatives within the D&D studio. Dedicated to the product development process and its related deliverables for each of D&D’s major releases within a Season, you are key to the dev support of our global releases.

The ideal candidate should have proven games industry expertise in production workflows, tracking tools and resource management, strong communication and time leadership skills, a passion for product development, and cross functional workflows (marketing, localization, etc) and an affinity for games/lifestyle brands. A solid understanding of and passion for D&D is a huge asset, and experience solving the challenges of international physical product manufacturing are a strong plus.

This role will be hybrid requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office.

What You'll Do:

  • Roadmap Support  - Support and coordinate the development of the various products for the D&D TRPG Seasonal roadmap with studio creatives and drive global alignment of cross-functional teams such as marketing, franchise, D&D Beyond, operations and localization to ensure critical dates and deliverables are met for product launches.
  • Project schedules and deliverables –  Maintain and validate Smartsheet schedules for the art team for all Worldbuilding and active   Production art-related work.   Partner with the production team to validate full end to end viability as it relates to the vertical work. Provide regular updates for all future facing work, such as week-to-week due date changes, keeping teams and leadership updated with schedule   requirements. Use weekly stand ups to drive productive conversation around workloads. Coordinate regular budget check ins for each project via well maintained and accurate data of asset creation.
  • Milestones and Gates  – Work with various stakeholders to organize assets and materials for the gates and milestones associated with each products development.  Ensure that appropriate individuals are identified and included and required assets are scheduled and delivered to the appropriate locations.
  • Pre-Production and new work evaluations  - Build visual representations of chokepoints and suggest solutions to management to alleviate issues with resources and capacity limits in relation to emerging work and new additions to the roadmap.
  • Outsource Management  - Work with Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Team managers, marketing partners, digital content managers and outsourcing teams to manage outsourced asset creation for scheduled products set for release on the roadmap. Outline deliverables, timelines and file management protocols for external partners and vendors
  • Process improvements –  Identify opportunities to   reduce roadblocks and increase output. Outline potential solutions and validate mutually agreeable improvements.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ Years’ experience working as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar game project management position is helpful.
  • Passion for fantasy properties and D&D a huge plus. Please specify any D&D-specific experience/knowledge on your resume.
  • Confirmed strength in communication and organization
  • Ability to drive projects forward within a highly matrixed organization: ability to provide clear and concise direction/feedback to partners and the ability to influence others to embrace their recommendations
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters
  • Experience with marketing processes and pipelines.
  • Understanding of the challenges associated with being a global organization. Experience working with external partners a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel
  • Proficient with SmartSheet, Confluence and Miro are big pluses
  • Knowledge of the digital game and/or hobby game industries is helpful
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.

$90,200 — $135,200 USD
