Creative Operations Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Operations Specialist to support global packaging creative operations. This role focuses on managing operational workflows, coordinating systems, and driving standardization initiatives to ensure efficient and consistent execution of packaging development. You will work closely with the Packaging Center of Excellence and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, support system workflows, and ensure packaging deliverables are executed accurately and on schedule across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain global packaging operational processes and standards.
• Support packaging-related systems, workflows, problem solving, user training materials, and system coordination.
• Coordinate packaging development activities, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency through standardization initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Ensure alignment and communication across cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Support execution of global packaging workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Design Management, Operations, Packaging, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, packaging development and production operations.
• Experience working with workflow systems, process management, or operational tools.
• Experience in product, creative, or packaging development processes for consumer products.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of packaging development workflows, operational processes and system coordination.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently and deliver results on time.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Power BI and familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
