About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst / AI Project Lead to drive AI-led transformation initiatives across Enterprise IT Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, analyze business needs, manage cross-functional projects, and identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for improving operational efficiency. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
- Lead AI and Digital Transformation initiatives across Enterprise IT Infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization using Generative AI, AI Agents, and workflow automation.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Security, Product, and Engineering teams for successful project execution.
- Prepare business cases, solution proposals, executive presentations, and project documentation.
- Manage project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Define project KPIs and track delivery against business objectives.
- Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and UAT activities.
- Analyze business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering discipline.
- Full-time, two-year MBA from a recognized university or premier business school.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, AI Project Lead, Technology Consultant, Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience working on Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Business Analysis practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI/Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, AI Agents, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Networking, Cybersecurity, and IT Service Management.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar project management tools.
- Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL Foundation, or AI-related certifications are an added advantage.
