This role may be eligible for other forms of compensation, including an annual bonus and/or incentives, subject to the terms of the applicable plans and Company discretion. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications.   • Compile Recurring and Ad-Hoc reporting for stakeholders across data sets and reporting environments.
  • Assist in validating and reconciling data across systems and vendors to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information that could delay claim submission or reimbursement.
  • Gather, document, and clarify stakeholder reporting requirements to develop content and manage version control.
  • Assist in migrating reports and dashboards from one system to another.
  • Maintain working knowledge of revenue cycle workflow and project specific expectations to create and maintain exception reporting.
  • Track and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle performance, billing accuracy, and to enhance revenue recognition.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Accounting preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheet and  at least one of the following: BusinessObjects, Tableau, or Power BI to create and schedule reporting solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or data analysis preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate issues/risks associated with projects and findings, both verbally and via presentations or other visual media to multiple layers of leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Hours and days may vary depending on operational needs.
  • Standing or sitting for long periods of time may be necessary.
  • May be exposed to hazardous materials, blood specimens and instruments with moving parts, heating or freezing elements, and high speed centrifugation.
