Why this role matters

PEW Logistics is redefining how brands manage digital commerce through integrated eCommerce, marketing, technology, and fulfillment solutions. As our client partnerships continue to grow, successful execution requires strong project ownership, communication, and operational discipline.

As the Marketing Project Manager, you'll own the execution of marketing initiatives for PEW Logistics clients from strategy through delivery. You'll coordinate campaigns, merchandising efforts, creative production, development initiatives, and digital marketing programs while ensuring every deliverable is completed on time and aligned with client goals.

This role is equal parts project manager, client partner, and marketing operations leader. You'll be the person ensuring ideas turn into action and plans turn into measurable results.

What you'll own

  • Own the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives for assigned PEW Logistics clients.
  • Manage project roadmaps, timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination between marketing, creative, development, merchandising, and client teams.
  • Manage client communication, reporting, status updates, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Coordinate website merchandising, email marketing, promotional campaigns, product launches, and creative production.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable project plans and ensure successful execution.
  • Maintain visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and upcoming milestones.
  • Utilize Jira, Slack, and other project management tools to organize workflows and maintain accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall project execution.

What you bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, account management, or integrated marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, merchandising, and campaign execution.
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to organize complex projects, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com http://Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with a bias toward action and execution.
  • Agency or corporate marketing experience preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting eCommerce brands or digital marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with Magento or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Experience managing client accounts, partnerships, or marketing programs.
  • Experience coordinating creative, development, and merchandising teams.
  • Background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Clear ownership and accountability across every project.
  • Strong client relationships built through proactive communication and consistent execution.
  • Improved collaboration between marketing, creative, development, and merchandising teams.
