A company is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support full-cycle accounting with a focus on cost accounting, AP/AR, and financial reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial data and supporting process improvements.

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements • Support month-end and year-end close processes • Perform variance analysis and assist with audits • Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and prepaid expenses • Handle bank reconciliations and cash activity • Track commissions and support reporting for management
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 3–5 years of accounting experience • Experience with ERP systems (preferred) • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of GAAP • Experience in manufacturing or similar environment preferred
