About this role
• Own and support full-cycle month-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, flux analysis) • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations • Perform operating expense analysis and budget vs. actual variance reviews • Assist with payroll allocations, reserves, and revenue-related entries • Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes • Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance leadership • Identify and improve manual accounting processes
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience • Strong month-end close experience • Advanced Excel skills (comfortable with large data sets) • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
