We are looking for an experienced and proactive Connectivity Partner Business Manager to drive our Partner Business Management to the next level in the EMEA & APAC markets.  This is a full-time role, based in our Berlin office - you will need to be based in Berlin currently or happy to relocate . You will report to our Senior Team Lead - Business Operations & Strategy - Connectivity and your responsibilities are as follows:
Your mission


• Develop Connectivity Partners across EMEA & APAC by defining a partner development strategy aligned with our overall Connectivity strategy and roadmap, and executing it end to end

• Support the EMEA & APAC Sales teams on tech and business related Connectivity topics e.g. in meetings with key suppliers and partners

• Be the face of Connectivity in your markets and develop sustainable relationships with Connectivity partners in the regions

• Monitor and analyze the tech and commercial performance of our Connectivity partners in EMEA & APAC, and define programs and initiatives to develop a mutually profitable partnership

• Generate new API integration leads and co-develop GTM strategies based on company strategy and focus

• Generate insightful and data driven reports on Connectivity status quo and progress in the EMEA & APAC regions, and communicate key challenges and learnings to various internal stakeholders

• Drive and further develop Connectivity partner business management operations and strategy

Your toolkit


• 3+ years experience in Account Management, Partner/API Integrations or Business Development

• Fluent in English, another language spoken in EMEA or APAC is a plus

• Proficient in leveraging generative & agentic AI (e.g. Claude Cowork) to accelerate day-to-day research, draft content, synthesize large volumes of data, and build agents and processes

• Exceptional people and communication skills to build strong relationships with people on all levels of the organization

• Ability to prioritize tasks, pro-active attitude and ability to work autonomously

• Great problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify, evaluate, and manage opportunities

• Experience working in cross-functional teams combining engineering, operations, and product

• Pragmatic, positive mindset taking initiative to make things happen

• Able to cope with change and to work in an agile environment

• Technical background in Connectivity tech, APIs or web-based technology

• Fluent in English both written and spoken
