Senior QA Engineer (AI-First | Full-Stack Quality)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who thinks beyond traditional testing — someone who can  build quality systems , not just validate them. This role is for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment , embraces an AI-first approach , and takes ownership of quality across the entire development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright / Selenium

• Write high-quality, maintainable code in Python / JavaScript / TypeScript

• Build AI-driven testing solutions (test generation, flaky test detection, failure analysis, etc.)

• Integrate testing deeply into CI/CD pipelines for fast feedback and rapid releases

• Take ownership of end-to-end quality — from requirement analysis to production validation

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure shift-left quality

• Identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize test execution time and reliability

• Contribute to building internal tools, frameworks, and platforms

• Drive test architecture decisions , not just test cases

What We’re Looking For

Core Engineering Skills

• Strong programming expertise in Java  /  Python / JavaScript / TypeScript

• Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium or cypress

• Solid understanding of API testing, UI automation, and system design

• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation pipelines

• Comfortable writing production-grade code

• Ability to create frameworks, tools, and reusable components

AI-First Mindset

• Exposure to or strong interest in applying AI/ML in testing

• Ability to leverage AI tools for:

• Test generation

• Failure triaging

• Intelligent reporting

• Curious and experimental with emerging AI capabilities

• You see yourself as a  builder, not just a tester
