Applications Developer (Level 3)

G2IT is seeking an experienced Applications Developer (Level 3) to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web-based applications and ITSM platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive application development experience, including direct development and integration experience within ServiceNow and/or BMC environments, and the ability to develop complex, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications.

Develop and enhance ServiceNow/BMC workflows, portals, and self-service capabilities.

Design and implement APIs, automation, and integrations directly within ITSM platforms.

Develop applications using programming languages and technologies such as C#, VB.NET, and JavaScript.

Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and software issues.

Perform application testing to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.

Design and develop complex software solutions based on technical and business requirements.

Support ongoing application enhancements and improvements.

Required Qualifications

Must hold an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance and be eligible for TS/SCI access.

8+ years of experience designing and developing web-based applications.

Experience with ITSM platform development and integration, including ServiceNow and/or BMC workflows, portals/self-service, APIs, automation, and integrations.
