ABOUT THE JOB
Build Furiosa's financial planning and operating system as the company scales toward IPO and beyond. As a core member of FuriosaAI's Finance Team, you will own the processes, models, and frameworks that drive strategic decision-making across the organization — partnering directly with engineering, business, and executive leadership to translate business ambition into financial clarity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Develop operating and financial models supporting management decision-making
- Build KPI frameworks, management dashboards, and Board reporting packages
- Partner with engineering, product, commercial, and operations teams to support business planning
- Analyze investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives
- Support fundraising, investor diligence, and IPO readiness activities
IDEAL BACKGROUND
- 5–10 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or business finance
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and investors
- Experience building financial planning processes and operating models in a high-growth environment preferred
- High intellectual curiosity regarding AI, semiconductors, and technology infrastructure is strongly preferred
