About this role
- Serve as a primary contact for a high volume of retail investors, addressing account questions, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently high standard of service
- Develop and apply strong working knowledge of Fundrise's products, investment structures, and strategies to accurately and confidently support investors
- Evaluate our current AI tools and responses to identify gaps, improve the customer experience, and drive team efficiency
- Work with the Fundrise team to develop systematic methods for scaling our business and further supporting our growing investor base
- 1+ year of prior customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
- An understanding of the impact of positive, proactive customer service on brand loyalty and customer retention
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Comfort working independently while staying closely coordinated with a team
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Desire to learn about Fundrise products and investment strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field
- Prior customer service experience in real estate or financial services
- Remote-first work environment (must live in the United States)
